While we are listed on AirBnB and VRBO, you’ll save up to 20% if you book directly with us. We have made booking any of our houses very simple. Just browse our listings and find the house that you would like to book and contact us via text, call, email or by filling out the ‘Get in Touch’ form. Once dates and availabilities are finalized, pay us either via Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or by mailing a check and your booking is confirmed. It’s that simple!

We started out renting these houses on short term vacation rental sites. Over the course of the last several years we have hosted many guests and received five star reviews with excellent feedback. We realized that we have developed homes and an experience that guests enjoy and appreciate. Our goal from the beginning has been to treat our guests and give them the experience that we ourselves look for when traveling. We realized while using commercial booking sites there are multiple barriers for guests and in turn the hosts. There are many additional expenses the commercial booking sites add to the guest’s cost, these are unassociated with the hosts costs. Communication is often challenging with the booking sites. The cancellation fees for guests are unfair and prevent the host from providing flexibility for guests on this. We decided to provide direct booking to help guests with these frustrations that in turn give less restrictions to us as hosts to give our guests the wonderful experience we like to provide.
