The House

A beautiful place to stay in historic Soulard neighborhood while in St. Louis. Free street parking is always available right in front of the house, a HUGE plus in Soulard. The house has two levels. On the ground floor you will find a living room, dining room, half bathroom and fully furnished kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one full bathroom and an office area. The house comfortably accommodates five people with two queen beds one in each bedroom and one pull out sofa in the living room. Full amenities and appliances are offered in the kitchen including a Keurig with coffee supplied. Alexa available in the kitchen and google assistant in living room. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the amenities within the house, as well as the back patio and deck. Folding patio furniture is available in the house for guests to take outside and enjoy the patio. The patio and deck are a shared space between both condos.

The condo is walking distance to Anheuser Busch brewery and Lemp Mansion. It is a short driving distance to Busch Stadium, Soulard Farmer’s market, Ballpark Village, Arch and other attractions.

The Space

Our house is a part of a 2 condo building, we own both condos. As our guest you have the full privacy and comfort of the condo to yourself. The deck and fenced backyard are a shared space between the condos. We reside in St. Louis but not on the property so we hope you will make yourself at home in our beautiful Soulard condo!

The Parking

Free street parking is always available directly in front of the house. There are no neighbors on one side of the house and a historic church across the street so parking is never an issue.

Policies

We work very hard to keep our house clean and allergen free for the safety and comfort of our guests. Below are our strict policies while on the properties.

  • No smoking of any substances
  • No pets
  • No shoes inside the house

Check In & Check Out

Self check in and out via lockbox. We will email you the code a night prior to your arrival. We are flexible when possible with the check in and check out time, please contact us in advance to your scheduled arrival date.

  • Check In: 3PM
  • Check Out: 11AM

Other things to note

  • This building is located close to interstate (I-55) so there is some city traffic noise in the house. We have provided sound machines in each bedroom that guests have found to help a considerable amount.
  • The house is suitable for children however the house has two levels. The stairs between the two levels are open without doors or gates to block them. We do provide baby gates.
  • In addition to Netflix, guests have access to live TV channels through Sling TV. Both are offered at no charge to the guests.
  • For children, a pack n play and high chair are available.
  • There are steps going to both the front and back doors, so please be aware that the house is not ADA accessible.
  • We do have a fenced backyard and deck that is full access for guests.
  • A washer and dryer are located on the main floor and available for guests to use throughout their stay. Detergent pods and dryer sheets are supplied.
  • A dishwasher with detergent tabs is included in the kitchen .
  • Toiletries, towels and a blow dryer in the bathroom.

The Neighborhood

Soulard is a French neighborhood and is famous for the Mardi Gras parade and Farmer’s market. In addition, Anheuser Busch Brewery and Lemp mansion are within walking distance from the home. Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center the home of The STL Blues, America’s Center Convention Complex, St. Louis Aquarium, City Museum and Arch are a short driving distance. There are several nice restaurants and pubs in Soulard including McGurks, Molly’s, Hammerstone’s, and Eleven Eleven Mississippi. The Mud House is a good breakfast and coffee cafe. Bailey’s Chocolate bar won’t disappoint for dessert and drinks. Gus’ Pretzel shop is also very popular and nearby.
