The House
Our house is located in the historic Dogtown in family friendly neighborhood. The house is walking distance to the Zoo and Dogtown restaurants. The house is also very close to Forest Park, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Washington University, and Central West End. It is within a short driving distance to Saint Louis University, St. Louis downtown, Soulard, Busch Stadium, The Fabulous Fox Theater, Scottrade Center and Missouri Botanical Garden. Direct and easy access to both I-64 and I-44.
The house has two levels. On the first floor, you will find a living room, dining room and kitchen. On thesecond floor, you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. Guests will also have access to the basement, deck and fenced back yard.

The Space
Our house is a part of duplex townhouse. We own only one unit. There is a private deck in the back of the house. We have a backyard which is shared with our next door neighbor. As our guest you have the full privacy and comfort of the home to yourself along with deck, and backyard. We reside in St. Louis but not on the property so we hope you will make yourself at home in our beautiful Dogtown Home!
The Parking
Its free street parking. It’s a one-way street and parking is usually available right in front of the house.

Policies
We work very hard to keep our house clean and allergen free for the safety and comfort of our guests. Below are our strict policies while on the properties.

- No smoking of any substances
- No pets
- No shoes inside the house
Check In & Check Out
Self check in and out via lockbox. We will email you the code a night prior to your arrival. We are flexible when possible with the check in and check out time, please contact us in advance to your scheduled arrival date.

- Check Out: 11AM
Other things to note
- In addition to Netflix, guests have access to 46 live TV channels through Sling TV. Both are offered at no charge to the guests.
- For children, pack n play and high chair are available.
- There are steps going to both the front and back doors, so please be aware that the house is not ADA accessible.
- We do have a backyard that is full access for guests.
- A washer and dryer are located in the basement and available for guests to use throughout their stay. Detergent pods and dryer sheets are supplied.
- A dishwasher with detergent tabs is included in the kitchen.
- Toiletries, towels and a blow dryer in the bathroom.

The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is very safe, and walkable. There are a few nice Irish restaurants in Dogtown and is famous for St. Patrick’s Day celebration. Dogtown is located right next to “The Hill” an Italian neighborhood and has a lot of famous Italian restaurants.
